Smilez?
Hmm...I havent been smiling and laughing as often as before.
My mouth like numb like that...very hard to open up and laugh.
Have I forgotten how to smile, laugh and be happy?
Realised that some of my close friends are also not smiling as happily as before...Is it becos of the cares of the world? is it becos of the regrets of yesterdays or the worries of tomorrows?
Quite saddening to see how people are affected by their cares, concerns, worries, disappointments and fears of life that eventually crippled or robbed them from being happy.
Arghh...cannot like that. We must "increase petrol", constantly tell ourselves to be happy, learn to relax, learn to see the positive side of life. Nothing in this world is too big or difficult for us to handle. The joy of the Lord is our strength.
Rev A.R Bernard said this:
Happiness is learning how to deal with the inevitable disappointments in life. When we are troubled, God stands ready and willing to protect us. Our responsibility of course, is to ask Him for protection. When we call upon him in heartfelt prayer, He will answer - in His own time and in accordance with His own perfect plan.
Life is often challengin, but we must not be afraid. God loves us and He will protect us. In times of hardship, He will comfort us,. In times of sorrwow, He will dry our tears. When we are troubled or weak or sorrowful, God is always with us. We must build our lives on the rock that cannot be shaken: we must trust in God and then we must get on with the hard work of tackling our problems.
(2 Cor 4:8) "We are hard pressed on every side, yet not crushed; we are perplexed, but not in despair;"
Let's do this everyday = Hahahahahaha!
