Should I or Should I not?
Haha...was thinkin whether to meet my uni frienz for a steamboat "Reunion" dinner tis evenin at Bugis. Hmm..was feelin tired after a long day of work..But decided to meet them eventually as I have been absenct for the past few meetings.
I'm quite happy to see them. They are all interesting and fun pple. We had steamboat at Da Chang Jin...near to Gateway East..it was simple but good fellowship. The food so so only..after makan...we had dessert at Bugis.

CNY
1st day of CNY!
Went to my relative's house at Toa Payoh...gather gather..collect ang pow..
Met up at May's house and had steamboat with the rest in the evening
Crazy time at KBOX....in nitez..till 3am. Haha initiated by Lion Lee.
On the whole..feel that this year CNY mood not very strong..

Judges (6:12-16)
And the Angel of the Lord appeared to him, and said to him, "The LORD is with you, you mighty man of valor!" Gideon said to Him, "O my lord, if the LORD is with us, why then has all this happened to us? And where rae all His miracles which our fathers told us about, saying, "Did not the LORD bring us up from Egypt?" But now the LORD has forsaken us and delivered us into the hands of the Midianites."
Then the LORD turned to him and said, "Go in this might of yours, and you shall save Israel from the hand of Midianites. Have I not sent you?" So he said to Him, "O my Lord, how can I save Israel? Indeed my clan is the weakest in Manasseh, and I am the least in my father's house." And the LORD said to him, "Surely I will be with you, and you shall defeat the Midianites as one man."

Operation Handphone
My phone was sick...LCD screen cracked on 30th Dec.
Sent it to Nokia Care Center on 3rd Jan for an operation and was given a quotation of 80 to 150 for the repair cost.
Jus got back the phone today. Whew thank God the repair cost is below expected...60 dollar.

Tunnels of Hardship
Currently I'm reading Rev Dr. David Yong-Gi Cho "4th Dimension Living in a 3 Dimension World" book...haha a blessing from one of my cg member.
Here's one of the extract:
"Dreams and wishes don't just happen to come true. To achieve them, everyone must travel through the tunnel of hardship.
Afflictions are like a meal that's prepared on a table of dreams. That's because all dreams have their price and to achieve them, the price must be paid. If one holds onto one's dreams, then he or she must eat from the table of afflictions. Eating from this table, causes him or her to gain more strength and courage and to move towards his or her dreams.
To someone with dreams, hardships and trials may well seem insignificant. That's because they realise that such negative cirucumstances are nothing but a small step that needs to be taken on the road to seeing their dreams fulfilled."
Let's not be disappointed because the things we are seeking isn't visible.
Have patience.
