The difference between "ON" and "NO" is simply a change of position between the letters if you look it in the natural realm. However in the spiritual realm, more than often, it involves more than just changing position.
How to stay "ON" but yet have the boldness to say "NO" is an art.
It is either you brake or break. There are many people who are on fire initially but burn out because they didn't manage or control it well. There are times we need to brake in order to stay on the race.
Stepping on the brake in order not to break down is important. It requires timely accuracy, when to step on the brake, how hard you step on it.
To brake doesn't mean you do less, serve less, or relax one corner. It simply means to give yourself more room to think, meditate and move on to the direction that God wants you to be in.
Take a brake, have a break, reposition yourself to see from God's perspectives.

Balance - Balance is the key to life.
Realistic - Be real to yourself, your strength, the task, your time, etc
Attitude - Check your attitude and the reasons for your actions.
Keenness - Check your level of enthusiasm and positive outlook
Expectation - Manage your expectation
The one crucial thing about stepping on the brakes is that you need to step on the Accelerator in order to move =)
That is why we often have the popular word "Jiayou!!"
